The entire team has been and continues to be transparent, honest, and super responsive when you have questions. My wife and I moved to Raleigh in March and we were able to easily transfer our auto insurance to them without issue. We went on to purchase both rental and personal articles insurance as well. "I filed one claim after being given the advice that it shouldn’t affect my policy. The payout didn’t come close to covering the damage. And as a result, State Farm cancelled my home insurance without notifying me. And now other insurance companies will not offer insurance. Bad advice and unprofessional."
